Our Operation Approach

To reduce production risk and prevent avoidable loss, GB Extracts applies pre-production test washes to assess resin behaviour and solventless suitability prior to commercial scale-up.

As an operational preference, cultivars demonstrating wash performance above 3.5% are prioritised, recognising that outcomes vary depending on genetics, harvest timing, biomass quality, and handling.

Under standard operating conditions, a two-person production team can process up to 40 kg of biomass per 8-hour shift. Extracted material is typically dried over approximately 48 hours, with drying duration dependent on load size, environmental conditions, and client-specific quality requirements.

Regulatory Alignment

GB Extracts operates exclusively in support of licensed manufacturers. Where processing services are provided, all regulated activities occur:

• At the client’s licensed facility
• Under the client’s manufacturing licence
• Within the client’s approved Quality Management System
• Under Responsible Person oversight

GB Extracts does not own, take title to, or release regulated product.
